1. General Terms

By accessing and using Vegas Bonanza Casino ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are available to individuals who are at least 19 years of age (or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) and who are legally permitted to gamble online in their province of residence. We reserve the right to verify the age and identity of any player at any time. We operate under a licence issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and comply with all applicable Canadian gambling regulations. 2. Account Registration

Each player may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated bonuses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin). All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The minimum deposit is C$20 for most methods and C$30 for cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are processed within 1-2 hours for Interac e-Transfer, under 4 hours for e-wallets, and 1-3 business days for credit/debit cards. We do not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your chosen withdrawal method must match a previously used deposit method where applicable. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms outlined on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules: wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe; maximum bet during active bonus play is C$5 per spin; slots contribute 100% toward wagering, table games and live dealer games contribute 10%; progressive jackpot games are excluded from bonus play; one bonus may be active at a time; bonuses cannot be combined; we reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, irregular play patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

5. Game Fairness

All games on our platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed providers. Game outcomes are independently audited. We do not influence or manipulate game results. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and subject to their own compliance standards. If you believe a game malfunction has occurred, contact our support team immediately. In the event of a confirmed malfunction, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions. 6. Responsible Gaming

We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings. We reserve the right to intervene if we have reason to believe a player's gambling behaviour may be harmful. This may include contacting the player, restricting account activity, or enforcing a cooling-off period. We partner with the Responsible Gambling Council and GamCare to provide support resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events. Our total liability to any player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the same period. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec, in accordance with our Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence.
